The room was spacious and included tea making facilities (this was great). Beds were made daily and towels were renewed. I appreciated the central location with easy access to everything by foot.

The constant machine spin noises from a laundry was a distraction. It was audible all day and night. This impacted sleep quality.

The room was big and clean, also it had comfortable, new furniture. A separate wardrobe room with a settee was a useful addition.

The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice, especially the packed breakfast option. The staff made it for us because we had an early flight (very thoughtful).

The staff was helpful and friendly. They made the check-in process easy and allowed us to check in early. The reception staff was also informative about the city.

the noise was a problem i heard thumping noises from above every morning it started early it lasted for hours the bed also was not comfortable it was very hard i did not sleep well.

the room was big. it had a lovely design with wood like tiles in the bathroom. the living room's size felt huge. i was glad beds were comfy and bedding was soft.

the room itself had issues. there was constant noise from a laundry place near me. it was so disappointing because it never stopped. i asked for different room but they was at full capacity.
